Pricing & Plans

ConstruSense offers three main plans: Lite at $450/month for small field teams focused on safety, Pro at $850/month for growing teams needing advanced features like BI/Analytics and AI-Powered Knowledgebase, and Ultra at $1,200/month for full-service field and office operations with unlimited everything.

We also offer ConstruSense Analytics starting at $750/month for companies who just need unified data and executive dashboards without the field app features.

All plans include unlimited users and month-to-month billing. There’s a one-time implementation fee that covers setup, configuration, and training. See full pricing details.

Correct. Every plan includes unlimited users. Add your entire team, including field workers, project managers, executives, and even subcontractors, without watching your bill grow. We believe everyone who needs access should have it.

No. All plans are month-to-month by default. You can cancel anytime. We earn your business every month by delivering value, not by locking you into a contract.

Ultra plan customers have the option of a 1-year prepaid contract that waives the implementation fee, but it’s completely optional.

Unlike self-service software where you buy it and figure it out yourself, ConstruSense is fully managed. Our team:

  • Builds your custom forms and workflows
  • Sets up your integrations with existing systems
  • Creates custom modules tailored to your operations
  • Handles ongoing configuration as your needs change
  • Provides USA-based support from people who know construction

You focus on running your business. We handle the technical setup and ongoing optimization.

The one-time implementation fee covers everything needed to get you up and running:

  • Discovery sessions to understand your workflows
  • Custom configuration of modules and features
  • Building your forms, checklists, and workflows
  • Integration setup with your existing systems
  • Data migration (if applicable)
  • Training for your team
  • Go-live support

Implementation fees range from $1,000 (Lite) to $3,500 (Ultra) depending on complexity.

Product & Features

Core modules available across plans include:

  • Safety Training LMS – Assign, track, and certify training
  • Digital Toolbox Talks – Mobile-friendly safety meetings with sign-off
  • Custom Digital Forms – Inspections, checklists, reports
  • Document Management – Centralized access to policies and procedures
  • Employee Onboarding – Streamlined new hire workflows
  • BI/Analytics – Executive dashboards and reporting
  • AI-Powered Knowledgebase – Chat with your company data (Pro+)
  • Custom Hotlinks – Quick access to frequently used resources

Higher tier plans unlock more capacity (forms, workflows, integrations) and advanced features like white-labeling and HR automations.

Yes. ConstruSense has native mobile apps for iOS and Android designed for field use. Your crews can complete forms, access documents, and log toolbox talks from anywhere.

Ultra plan customers can have a fully white-labeled app with your company branding.

The AI-Powered Knowledgebase lets your team ask questions in plain English and get answers from your company’s documents, policies, and procedures. Instead of searching through folders or asking someone who might know, employees can simply ask things like:

  • “What’s our policy on fall protection for work above 6 feet?”
  • “How do I submit a change order?”
  • “What PPE is required for concrete cutting?”

The AI searches your uploaded content and provides accurate answers with source references. Available on Pro and Ultra plans.

Absolutely. Every form, checklist, and workflow is custom-built to match how your company actually works. We don’t force you into templates. During implementation, we learn your processes and build digital versions that mirror them.

Need to change something later? Just let us know. As a fully managed service, we handle form updates and workflow changes for you.

ConstruSense Analytics is our standalone BI and AI platform for companies who want unified data and executive dashboards but don’t need the field app features. Think of it as a purpose-built alternative to PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau designed specifically for construction.

We connect to your existing data sources (ERP, accounting, payroll, project management tools) and build custom dashboards that give executives real-time visibility into cash, jobs, labor, backlog, and safety. It includes AI features like natural language queries so you can “chat with your data.”

Plans start at $750/month with custom pricing based on data sources and complexity.

Implementation & Onboarding

Most teams are fully operational in about 4 weeks. This includes discovery, configuration, building your custom forms and workflows, setting up integrations, and training.

Simpler implementations (Lite plan, fewer integrations) can be faster. More complex setups (Ultra plan with extensive integrations and custom modules) may take 6-8 weeks.

We handle the technical work so you can stay focused on your projects.

Yes, we can migrate relevant data from your existing systems as part of implementation. This typically includes employee records, training history, certifications, and documents. We’ll work with you to determine what data makes sense to bring over.

Training is included in your implementation. We typically provide:

  • Admin training – For your team members who will manage the system
  • End-user training – For field workers and general users
  • Executive overview – Dashboard and reporting walkthrough for leadership

Training can be done virtually or on-site depending on your needs. We also provide documentation and ongoing support as questions come up.

No. ConstruSense is designed to be learned in minutes, not months. The mobile app is intuitive enough for field workers to use without extensive training. The web dashboard is straightforward for project managers and executives.

And because we’re fully managed, you don’t need technical staff to configure, customize, or maintain the system. That’s our job.

Integrations

ConstruSense integrates with 500+ construction and business tools, including:

  • ERP/Accounting: Sage, Vista, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, Foundation, ComputerEase, Plexxis
  • Project Management: Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • HR/Payroll: ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, BambooHR
  • Time Tracking: ExakTime, Busybusy, ClockShark
  • Document Management: Bluebeam, Box, Dropbox, SharePoint
  • Communication: Microsoft Teams, Slack

Don’t see your system? We can likely build a custom integration. Contact us to discuss.

Yes. ConstruSense integrates with Procore to sync project data, daily logs, and other information. Many contractors use Procore for project management and ConstruSense for safety, training, and field operations, with data flowing between systems automatically.

Yes. This is one of our core capabilities. We connect to your ERP or accounting system (Sage, Vista, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, etc.) and pull financial data into unified executive dashboards. You get real-time visibility into cash position, AR aging, job profitability, WIP, and more without manual data entry or spreadsheet work.

Lite includes 1 integration, Pro includes 5 integrations, and Ultra includes unlimited integrations. If you need more than your plan allows, you can either upgrade or add integrations for an additional fee.

How ConstruSense Compares

Procore is excellent project management software. ConstruSense focuses on different areas: safety management, training/LMS, field operations, employee onboarding, and unified analytics across your entire tech stack.

Key differences:

  • Pricing: ConstruSense has flat monthly pricing with unlimited users. Procore charges per-user fees that can add up quickly.
  • Contracts: ConstruSense is month-to-month. Procore typically requires annual contracts.
  • Service model: ConstruSense is fully managed. We build your forms and workflows for you. Procore is largely self-service.
  • Focus: Many contractors use Procore for PM and ConstruSense for safety/training/analytics, they integrate well together.

Buildertrend targets residential builders and remodelers with project management, scheduling, and customer communication tools. ConstruSense is built for commercial, industrial, and specialty contractors with a focus on safety, compliance, training, and operational analytics.

If you’re a commercial contractor looking for robust safety management, LMS, and unified data dashboards, ConstruSense is the better fit. If you’re a home builder focused on client-facing project management, Buildertrend may be more appropriate.

PowerBI and Tableau are general-purpose BI tools. They’re powerful but require technical expertise to set up, connect data sources, and build reports. You typically need an analyst or consultant.

ConstruSense Analytics is purpose-built for construction. We understand construction data structures (job costing, WIP, retainage, labor burden, etc.) and build dashboards that speak your language. It’s fully managed, so we handle the setup and ongoing maintenance. You get construction-specific KPIs and reports without hiring a BI specialist.

Spreadsheets work until they don’t. Common problems we see:

  • Data gets stale because someone forgot to update it
  • Version control issues with multiple copies floating around
  • No audit trail for compliance purposes
  • Can’t easily access from the field
  • No automated alerts or notifications
  • Reporting requires manual work every time

ConstruSense automates data collection, keeps everything in one place, provides mobile access, maintains audit trails, and generates reports automatically. The time savings alone usually justify the cost.

Security & Compliance

All data is stored in secure, USA-based data centers. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with multiple layers of redundancy and backup.

Yes. All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry best practices for data security.

Yes. ConstruSense helps you maintain OSHA compliance through:

  • Documented safety training with completion records
  • Digital toolbox talks with attendee sign-off
  • Incident reporting and tracking
  • Inspection checklists with photo documentation
  • Certification tracking and expiration alerts
  • Audit-ready reports

When OSHA asks for documentation, you’ll have it organized and accessible.

Yes. ConstruSense has role-based access controls. You can define what each user or user group can see and do. For example, field workers might only access forms and training, while executives see dashboards and reports, and admins have full configuration access.

Support

All plans include USA-based support from real people who understand construction. No offshore call centers, no chatbots as the first line of defense.

Support includes help with questions, troubleshooting issues, and guidance on getting the most out of the platform. Because we’re fully managed, support also includes making changes to your forms, workflows, and configurations when your needs evolve.

Standard support is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST). We also offer extended support options for customers who need coverage outside those hours.

You can reach our support team via email, phone, or through the in-app help feature. For urgent issues, phone support gets the fastest response. We also have a knowledge base with articles and guides for common questions.
