Account Deletion Request

Effective Date: June 12, 2025

ConstruSense is a B2B application. Accounts are not created by individual users – they are provisioned and managed by your employer or contracting organization as part of their company subscription (tenant). Because account ownership belongs to the organization, individual users do not have the ability to self-delete their accounts within the app.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like your account removed, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your company administrator and request that they deactivate or remove your account from your organization’s ConstruSense tenant.
  2. Your administrator can action this directly through their admin dashboard, or submit a deletion request on your behalf to ConstruSense support.
  3. If you are unsure who your company administrator is, please reach out to your HR or IT department.

Administrators wishing to delete user accounts or request full tenant/data deletion may contact ConstruSense directly:

Upon a verified deletion request, user account data will be permanently removed in accordance with our data retention policy.
